The Sports Association of the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum Engineering was established to promote a healthy and active lifestyle among students, encourage sportsmanship and teamwork, and foster regular engagement in sports alongside academic obligations.
The Association brings together students interested in sports activities, training sessions, and competitions, including futsal, basketball, and volleyball – in both men’s and women’s categories. Beyond regular practices, the Association actively participates in sports events and tournaments, with particular emphasis on Georudarijada, the annual sports and educational gathering of students from related technical faculties.
